Rates

$130 per 45-50 minute session

*Reduced rate discounts may be offered based on financial hardship and/or frequency of counseling needed

Payment

We accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, and all major debit/credit cards as forms of payment.

Insurance

Safe Haven Counseling, LLC does not currently accept health insurance. This allows for affordable hourly rates, increased confidentiality, and individualized treatment.

In addition, insurance requires a diagnosis for billing. With private pay, a diagnosis is only included if you meet the full criteria for that diagnosis.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A fee may be charged in the event a less than 24 hour notice is provided for appointment reschedules, cancellations, or no shows.
