My name is Courtney and I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling, from UW-Whitewater’s CACREP-accredited Counselor Education Program in 2020, with a dual licensure in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and Certified Trauma Professional. Beyond my role as a Counselor, I am a mom of five beautiful kids, two ginormous dogs, and two very lazy horses. I love nature, animals, traveling, and spending time with people I love. I am passionate about helping others and all things mental health-related. 

I use a wholistic, trauma-informed, integrative approach to therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe in meeting people where they’re at and build upon your strengths to help meet your goals. I draw most from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. 

I firmly believe that healthy, genuine relationships are the foundation for healing, and I strive to make everyone feel seen, heard, and know that they matter. My mission is to help you take your power back. To shatter shame. To provide a safe, authentic space for you to hope, heal, and grow. And to empower and equip you with integrative skills to lead a more productive and fulfilling life.
